Skypace applies the KPI definitions agreed for the program to shipment, cost, response and handoff records and attributes the result to the provider responsible.
Reliability, cost variance and response by provider
The scorecard shows each provider's on-time rate, cost variance against quotation, response time and open exceptions for the period, computed from the shipments they handled.
The panel shows a sample quarter with four providers in rows and five measures in columns. Each number links to the shipments behind it. Sea-Intelligence schedule reliability is shown beside the carrier rows as market context. The shipper's procurement team takes the same table into the quarterly review, so the discussion runs on the program's own evidence.

Carrier and LSP performance differs materially across providers and service scopes. Sea-Intelligence reported June 2026 schedule reliability of 77.1% for Maersk and 35.6% for Wan Hai among the top-13 carriers it measured. Because provider selection and QBR decisions depend on the service delivered within the program, external benchmarks provide context while shipment and cost records remain the primary evidence.
