Requirements
A personality that is outgoing, positive, and resourceful!
Experience with directly selling International Ocean and Air services. 3+ years required.
Own portfolio of customers/book of business (FCL Import / Export).
Experience in International Freight Forwarding operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers remotely.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Solid experience using a CRM system as well as MS Office Product.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities
Seek out new clients through prospecting and networking (cold calling, emails, trade shows, and other digital communication channels).
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, developing a deep. understanding of their business needs and providing them with the best possible service.
Generate new leads and identify potential customers through market research, industry events, and other channels.
Qualify prospects, analyzing their needs and requirements to determine if Skypace's services fit them well.
Close deals by effectively communicating the value of Skypace's services and negotiating contracts with potential customers.
Collaborate with our Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
