Requirements

  • A personality that is outgoing, positive, and resourceful!

  • Experience with directly selling International Ocean and Air services. 3+ years required.

  • Own portfolio of customers/book of business (FCL Import / Export).

  • Experience in International Freight Forwarding operations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers remotely.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Solid experience using a CRM system as well as MS Office Product.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Seek out new clients through prospecting and networking (cold calling, emails, trade shows, and other digital communication channels).

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, developing a deep. understanding of their business needs and providing them with the best possible service.

  • Generate new leads and identify potential customers through market research, industry events, and other channels.

  • Qualify prospects, analyzing their needs and requirements to determine if Skypace's services fit them well.

  • Close deals by effectively communicating the value of Skypace's services and negotiating contracts with potential customers.

  • Collaborate with our Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
